Dillo supports alphanumeric SMS Sender ID as long as they are no longer than 11 characters.

You can validate that your alphanumeric Sender on Dillo account by following these steps:

  1. Login on your Dillo console https://console.dillo.cloud/
  2. From the left side navigation bar, click SMS.
  3. Click Sender.
  4. Click on "+ Add a sender"
  5. Insert your Alphanumerical Sender (max 11 char.).
  6. Click on Save.


Before start sending SMS verify if SMS alphanumeric Sender is accepted in your destination country.


Notice: Spoofing of brands or companies with Alphanumeric Sender ID is not allowed.
